REFUND POLICY

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. Initiate the return by sending a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to kathleen@kathleenmapson.com.
  3. The item must be returned in its original packaging and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once your return is received:

  1. We will inspect your return.
  2. We will notify you by email with an update on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  1. We will issue a refund within 5 business days for the purchase price only (excluding original shipping fees). The refund will be credited back to your original payment.

Note: Art, commissioned art, or any custom made items cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, receipt of your refund may take a few days. Contact your bank or creditor to see if it is in process. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kathleen@kathleenmapson.com. We will be happy to assist you further.

Sales Items
Final sale items cannot be returned. All purchases are final.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping, please send us an email to kathleen@kathleenmapson.com including photos of the outside packaging and the damaged contents. We will work on a replacement order with you.
